Sage 100

We are having the following error occur when attempting to print the Physical Count Variance Register. The first message is the report must be converted to the latest version of Sage 100. The users selects Yes. The install is Sage 100 Advanced 2017 (5.40.3)

Does the rpt file exist? If so, have you tried converting it outside of Sage?

Convert with mascrcw.exe ... then if the error persists, look for bad data in IM_Physical.

I never even though to see if the file existed! When I tried to convert with mascrcw - file access was denied. Had the IT guy restore from last month and it then worked. Thanks.
