We are have a client with Sage ERP 100 v 4.4 (ESS 1.4) and SageCRM 7.1 SP1. This is a new installation of SageCRM. MAS 200 seems to talk to SageCRM ok...we can push customer record to CRM without issue. However, when we edit the customer record in CRM and save it we get the following message: Address MAS90Integration UpdateRecord jscript error: PushToMAS: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. Line: 7 Char: 6 We have checked the following: -Integration service is running on CRM server (Port 888 - open on firewall for internal traffic) - SQL port 1433 (open on firewall for internal traffic) - integration engine running on MAS server ( Port 9405 - open on firewall for internal traffic) - Services are using an admin account - CRM user is mapped to a salesperson and the customer being edited in CRM is assigned to the salesperson Does anyone have recommendations for steps to help narrow down the the issue? Thank you for any input! Rebekah

Is the ""Allow External Access"" box checked in Library Master, Main, Company Maintenance, Preferences tab?

Doug, Thanks for the input! That check box was checked, sorry for not including tat fact in the list. I have resolved the issue! Turns out that we were so focused on making sure their Barracuda Firewall was properly configured that we failed to realize that the Windows Firewall was turned on on the MAS Server (is is a new test server). We turned off the Windows firewall, restarted the services and recycled IIS. That did the trick!
