We are getting close to contract signing for dinners at MOTM and need to have a budget meeting outside of our regular Board of Directors time. Please respond with a date and time next week, that you'd be available for 30 minutes between 8:00 am Pacific and 2:00 pm Pacific. Thank you.

These are the dinner contracts for Friday and Saturday, but please review the budgets in Google, my tab is little more up to date with costs and revenue info. What date and time works for your next week @JeffSchwenk ?
