We are experiencing some major performance issues at a site we just upgraded. Here are the details: Sage100 Standard Upgrade from 4.4 to 2013 First user logs in to the system and has no problems. 2nd user logs in and the MAS system comes to a crawl. Basically unresponsive for the 2nd user and the first user's MAS system slows dramatically. Tasks will eventually respond but it may take up to 10 minutes. Installed on the same server and workstations as previous version. Windows server 2012 Things we've tried/verified: oAntivirus, DEP and UAC have all been disabled on workstations and server oNo backups or shadow copy running oNo useful error logs in Windows or Sage100 oFull control for everyone on the share oRenamed sy_console and sy_workstation oSame issue regardless of which client is started first, server vs. workstations Anyone have any other thoughts or suggestions, as the client is really struggling and we have not had any luck with Sage.

Nothing other than what you tried (SY0CTL issue perhaps?). PEP off? I can say something similar to this occurred once for me and turned out out to be anti-virus. Double check IT understands any folder changes that are required for their AV exclusion.

Is 2013 installed on the same server that was running 4.4? If not, you may want to look into SMB Signing (http://jrs-s.net/2013/04/15/windows-server-2012-slow-networksmbcifs-problem/). Are the workstations all running Windows 7?

Have you tried running the workstations in XP compatibility mode?
