We are currently working with a Job Cost prospect who has several unique needs. If anyone can share any experience with any of these items, it would be greatly appreciated. 1.Entering payroll by job rather than by employee. 2.Dealing with prevailing wages for certified PR jobs (considering Kissinger's CP enhancement) 3.With their prevailing wage requirement, they would like to factor in changes in their employer 401k contribution. This amount can differ because it is a percentage of the employees' wages and they can earn different amounts based on the type of work they are performing. When the employer match is $1.50 rather than $1.00 (due to a higher pay rate), they'd like the extra $.50 taken into account in the prevailing wage calculation. 4.There is a need to report certified payroll electronically to the state of MD. We're thinking an export of this data to a flat file would be the solution, but wondering if anyone else has addressed this need.

Regarding #1, I am assuming that this is how the data is received by the PR department. What if the employee is listed on multiple jobs? Multiple steps? Is VI part of the proposal?

Consider adding Timecard for entry by job and certified payroll. Not sure about #3.

I've used TimeCard with Job Cost and Payroll, importing the data via VI to TimeCard and then update to PR. It works, but TimeCard is not well documented so getting the VI correct takes a bit longer.
