We agreed today to hold a short, Special Board Meeting to resolve the uncertainty about paying commissions on Affiliate recruiting. Can everybody (and I really do want all 5 of us) meet next Thursday, 4/19, @ 0930 PT/1230 ET?

I will be in a meeting.

I won't be available until about 3pm ET and have a committee meeting at 4pm ET. I should be free from 3-4 though.

OK. Is everybody OK with 1200 PT/1500 ET?

I might have a hangover from becoming another year older but will try to be sober.

@JerryNorman had asked during the last meeting I prepare a recap of the compensation for the various efforts. In preparing this document and the check history info. , I realized that what I understood to be part 'commission' and part signing bonus was actually all back pay/bonus last year. The MOTM 2018 budget line item for Administration Affiliates added to the confusion. Wayne was not paid for his Affiliate work, it was only Peter when he was on the board. I'm withdrawing my request for compensation for my affiliate work this past year.

I sent a meeting cancellation. This incident exposed some larger issues for us to begin to deal with. We'll start a bit at the 5/3 meeting.
