Shawn was good with it. He said they have an all-inclusive staff meeting every Monday morning and asked if I could send him my attachment above. He said they don't monkey around so will probably make a decision next Monday.
He asked when Scanco's membership expired and I told him it was a calendar year membership but renewals will be coming up. Since I spoke with them, how are we handling renewals? If they tell me yes, to renew and order a Platinum Speaking spot, do we just send them an invoice? Where are you tracking these and should I be handling them differently?
