It's not totally new. Sage pushed this out at Summit Chicago when they made the initial rollout of their global partner program (they even had a separate partner lounge area with [these brochures](https://goo.gl/QDesYt)). At the time they said it would not be rolling out until later 2017. I suspect this is the start of the rollout and that there could be more news released around if/how Implementer replaces the CC designation.
