    Hello Board! 

    I believe we have a final property for our next MOTM 2024!  (and perhaps 2025).  

    I spent a good amount of time at the property and took many pictures and videos for your review below.  I am in negotiation and should have some updates by the board meeting.  In the meantime, please browse around and post any questions or comments below!  

    Things I love about it: 

    • Cost Competitive
    • Good transition from Newport Beach - Still a beach resort feeling
    • Palm Springs Downtown - 1-2 miles
    • Airport - 5 mins
    • Felt like an intimate resort but is big 
    • Great meeting space and we would be the main client 
    • Outdoor Pool Party Grand Opening - Lone Pool Bar
    • Firepits and Cabanas
    • Spa
    • Restaurants/bars
    • Each room has a balcony or patio
    • The staff
    • Good vibes all around
    • Old-school Hollywood history
