    Was it a dream or at one point was Sage believing that the upgrades and IRD would be self-installable by the customer? The Sage Advisor I guess get's the customer 1/2 way there. But what about the myriad of IRD instructions. Just get a glance at this (from the 2013 YE IRD).

    Sigh, why can't they just include the IRD with a PU so you don't have to chase your tail to figure out if prior year's crap has been installed. Talk about enhancing the user experience.......
