Was installing Mas90 4.30 on a new server this week for a client using a virtual environment. Had hoped to use a virtual terminal server for the workstations to access a virtual Mas90 server by setting it up as a RemoteApp. That way the users would just have an icon on their desktop and Mas90 would be running on the TS. Ran into printer issues and had to revert to regular workstation installs.
The users mostly have local printers on their desks, and want their SO's, Invoices & PO's to print right at their desks and use multipart functionality as well. Unfortunately, it seems that every time users login, their local printers get mapped, but with a different TS session id appended to the name and Mas90 multipart doesn't recognize the printer. Is there a workaround for this?
Also had issues w/ Paperless office creating PDF's. I think I have seen some articles online about this issue but had to scrap the RemoteApp idea for now anyway.
Any insight in how to configure things so they work would be greatly appreciated.
