  • 1.  WARNING - Sage Direct Deposit not compatible with 64 bit

    Sage Direct Deposit Processing will not work with the 64 bit (unless there is some KB I'm missing that has extra stuff to install to make it work).  I was on the phone with Sage re it and as we were discussing I said maybe no one had tested it on 64 bit.  He said "Well, I HOPE someone had tested it" and I said "I hope so too, but maybe no one tested it" and he laughed and agreed it was possible...  As soon as I switched back to 32 bit it began working.

    Do you mean the direct deposit processing when Sage is doing the payroll?  What happens?

    @Mary Jo Krueger - I mean if you have a client using the Sage Direct Deposit Processing service, not creating their own ACH and sending it to the bank.

    What happened when synching with 64bit Sage 100? 

    Error messages, symptoms, etc? Did it just hang? 

    I've moved a couple to 64bit and have started to deploy it on new upgrades. Most of my customers with Payroll do use iSolved service.
