Wanted to see if someone can duplicate. I am trying this on v5.3.3 and v5.4.1 Std w/JobOps. Had a client who creates a lot of quotes/with WT's really complaining their UDF data is disappearing after creating the quote to an order. This part I have not been able to review and make sure all the UDF's flow properly. UDF's have been on their system for a long time though. But last week they said the customer PO field disappeared. Now that seemed impossible until tonight when I was working on something else and actually had it happen to me more than once. Create an SO quote, doesn't even need to have a WT, save it, access it again and change to order, save, access again or start going back and forth between tabs. If you don't put a value in the customer PO field it starts to disappear and won't let you enter anything. Sometimes close it, then go back in and scroll between tabs and orders again and it may come back. I have not tried it yet in version without JobOps. @JobOps

I had something similar happening to a non-Jobs Op client on SO Entry and after I reset their screen, it stopped happening.

I would believe that would be the fix, but this is happening with my demo data also

Not UDFs but maybe whatever is causing this is causing your issue...JOBOPS ID 1-7881: Customer and Sales Order Memo buttons disappear after going to a different tab and back to the header tab.
