    W2s - client has 3 deductions they want to print in Box 14. Some employees have all 3. Both W2 in MAS and the eFiling version only let you specify 2 Misc Ded codes. Anyone else run into this, and what creative solution did you have?

    I want to say that maybe I used some form changes to move a different box code into #14. Obviously you need to pay attention to what other impact this may have.

    I'm not worried about printing it so much as how do I tell the W2 report to get the data for the 3rd Misc Ded?

    We use Aatrix eFiling. You can select 2 codes to defult to box 14. Then in the Verify Employee Information grid, add a column or two for the other deductions(s). You'll need to manually add the data to each employee that applies.

    @MichaelNottoli - DUH, I didn't even think about being able to add a column in Aatrix. WHEW! Thanks!
