Sage 100

I have installed the VPF patch at 2 customers who heavily rely on them.  They are both on Sage 100 2019 std.  The server and some workstations work, but others still display a blank screen.  We have verified admin rights on the workstations and user role rights access.  Any ideas about what might still be conflicting on the stations that are not working?
