Ted Phlegar graciously provide the following amendment for our bylaws. This would be a new amendment:
ARTICLE XX
VIRTUAL MEETINGS PERMITTED
For the purposes of conducting meetings, holding gatherings, performing reviews, or the satisfaction of any other membership duties, any such event whereby two or more members, officers, directors, and/or committee members must interact, unless expressly stated otherwise as a requirement of the event, the event may be held in person, virtually, telephonically, or a combination thereof. Any language to the contrary must expressly state the event is to be held as an in-person meeting only, or express similar meeting requirements and restrictions.
