Committee Events

Good day and Happy Friday!  Before we head off to our fabulous weekends, please take 1 minute to share your preferences for our Networking/Social activity options.

We are looking for fun gatherings that all can enjoy, to make new friends in our community!  We'll be offering golf, in addition to the offering rated most higher here. So, we need 2-3 morning activities for Wednesday,   We'll be including the on-site star-gazing activity into the conference so that everyone can participate.

If you have more details for an activity, please add to your reply.  I'll be editing my post with more details periodically.

Please rank the activities in order of your preference, with "1" being the highest (your most favorite choice).   You can simple copy the list and add the rank number in front of the offering, or order the activities list.  Happy to have either!

Mod Squad architectural tour - 90 minutes (approx. $75/pers)

Palm Springs Air Museum - 3 hours ($24/pers + transportation)

Scavenger Hunt - 90 min-2 hours ($49 total for all people + transportation?)

Living Desert Zoo safari tour - open 8-5 ($40/pers + transportation) - we'll need to decide on time   **There is a VIP tour offered at $99/pers

hiking options (more details to come, Joshua Tree is one choice; transportation?)

Sunny Cycles tour - 2 hours ($30/pers)

Chuck Wagon & Stargazing (single event, evening activity) - 3 hours at The Ranch ($119/pers + transportation)
