I am moving Visual Cut to a new server.  I exported the scheduled task form the old server and am trying to import them to a new server.  I am getting the following message.

I never use Windows tools to export / import scheduled tasks, always re-creating them manually.

It's a VC export/import tool not a Windows tool.  I can manually add then to the Windows scheduler but curious why this isn't working.  I may email Ido.

We typically just manually reset them up as well.  That said we have moved to using System Scheduler at a lot of clients, only 30 dollars.  So many less problems with scheduling tasks, can automate email on failed tasks etc..it's been a great tool..just as an f.y.i.  https://www.splinterware.com/products/scheduler.html

Thanks @Chris Mengerink  This looks like a great alternative to Windows Scheduler.

First test run on the new server.  It looks like something related to odbc access. Below is the email that I received. Any idea what could be causing this?

[E:\Program Files (x86)\Visual CUT 11\EquipNoActivity90.rpt]: Main Report Database Connection/Logon Failure.

    Report: E:\Program Files (x86)\Visual CUT 11\EquipNoActivity90.rpt

Preview the report in VC.  If that works, it should be fine from a command line (unless you do a runtime DSN override).
