I use VirtualBox as it's files are self-contained and easily portable, whereas moving and copying Hyper-V VMs, while supposedly theoretically possible, is a nightmare to actually accomplish...
With VirtualBox, you can set up one VM with all the other apps you want besides Sage 100 (Office, PDF reader, etc), and then make copies of that and only have to set up Sage 100 and the version of Crystal you need.
