VI Import Item Transaction Entry for Warehouse transfer. V 4.5 (yeah I know, mods)
Trying to set the batch number and transaction number when the import runs, but that didn't create a batch # nor the transaction #. Next, used the assign option for both these fields and hardcoded a batch # and transaction #. Still no batch and transaction are created. I've imported to transaction entry before, but in the past, ended up with the clunky procedure of go to IM Trans Entry, start a new batch and new transaction, then runtime assign the #s through user input when the import runs. Is this a bug in importing to Item Transaction Entry that it won't create a batch or transaction number or is there a workaround?
