VI for GL transactions questions: (1)The VI logic is supposed to figure out the GL key from the actual account number in the import file, correct? Customer on 2015 is occasionally getting errors of GL Account not found, and the log shows the account number is truncated at 9 characters. All the accounts are 10 characters long including the dashes, and most of the time it works... (2) Entry Number is set to NEXT, and sometimes it gives the error ""Entry 000000 already exists"", but mostly it works...

Did you click the 'skip source data truncation' to fix #1?

Any chance there are other characters ending up in the source file such as spaces in the account number field?

I think Entry 000000 gets created if you click Test on an import before Accept.
