  • 1.  VI Exports

    Have a client using VI to export from SO Detail file.  From the server, there is never an issue.  From the workstation, SOMETIMES not all records export.  Today, she exported once and didn't get all records, then exported a second time and all records exported.  No error messages.

    What should we be looking for?

    Version?  What about a different workstation?  Same sporadic result?  Does it ever work correctly?

    It's possible.  I will test an export and see what Sage does if you're in the order.

    I had an order open and was on a line and it still exported.  Bummer.

    Is she changing the path or the file name each time. May she is inadvertently going to an older version of the file.
