Feedback from Scanco......
Thank you for all the additional information, when you mentioned other folks seeing this, I figured it was the Error 18. This is a Sage issue, and our Dev team in currently working with Mitch over at Sage to help resolve.
Two options here for a workaround: Restore from backup the MAS90\VI Program folder with one prior to upgrading to 2019.4
OR:
Change the Compiled Name of the Job to a new program name then compile the job in import job maintenance.
In addition to replacing the two programs in the VI directory on their system with the attached programs, the following steps must also be performed.
Access Data File Display and Maintenance
Open the VI_JobHeader file
Click the Lookup button next to the key
Review the CompiledName fields to find the highest job name (Only the last two digits can be changed)
Find the Import Job Name in the Job Name field
Edit the record
Change the CompiledName field to the new number
Update the record
Close Data File Display and Maintenance
Access Import Job Maintenance
Select the Import Job
Click Accept to re-compile the job
Click Execute
Now you can either test/import the job

Wow, the little stuff is becoming overwhelming. Does anyone know for sure whose problem the "not authorized" message really is? Am trying to do a simple VI tonight in v2019 PU with the Scanco Multi-Bin 2019 (6.10.4.1) installed and have encountered this issue.
TIA

Edited:
Jeff, this is the hotfix Tiffany was referring too ...Ron Chompf fixed this issue on updating a SO Invoice UPD this Saturday
Here was the message
We are now getting the attached error when the Sales team is posting SO Invoice batch. I have not been able to find anything in either Sage's KB or Scanco's. We are running Sage 100 Advanced v2019 SU4, having installed SU4 very early this morning. Both the Sage SU4 and Scanco's MB SU4 updates were installed, and data converted at the company and Scanco utility level. No reports of other related issues today given the update.
Error 20 in SO_140MB_SalesJournal_UPD_pvc.. It looks like an bug/defect/typo in one of the Scanco programs.
Seems like you will know if you get it. Note the fix did nothing for the VI issue, :(

@Tiffany Stone - What does the hotfix do? I too installed Sage v2019 PU 4 and the MB PU a couple days back. This is the first mention of a MB hot fix. Also, have not encountered the VI issue @Jim Woodhead

Hi Jim,
We reached out to Ron Chomp yesterday to validate there were not be any conflicts with installing MB PU4 for Sage 100 2019 for one of our clients that had some recent issues with MB, he indicated that there was an important patch that they issued yesterday (Monday) morning. He mentioned that the knowledgebase wasn't updated with this yet, but we should install MB PU4 & the attached fix should be "copied in after installing PU4"
Might be worth a look to see if this resolves your issues! :)

We have a temporary resolution.. We restored the VI folder from PU3 (prior to upgrade) and all seems to working again. We will think there is something in the PU4 or Scanco MB PU4 update that stepped on something but for now it is working.
Thanks for all the replies.. "Love 90Minds"
