We have a client that implemented Vertex shortly after an upgrade to Sage 100 Advanced 2021 PU3. All workstations run prior to Vertex install function as expected. Workstations installed after the server Vertex install open and function with the exception of any Vertex functionality. This may be a mere coincidence. We get errors when try to validate addresses or perform a credit memo or debit memo.
We have Vertex development team involved but it has been slow going to resolve. Has anyone had this issue?
