User is streaming music is encountering lag when accessing Internet from Customer maintenance window (maps or UPS tracking. Has anyone encountered similar issue? He doesn't like the "don't stream" workaround.
Jeff I want to bring up again the scenario that if I have music streaming and I need to go on the internet I get the below screen.
It doesn't help to "reload" and when I click on the 2 blue options above they say nothing is wrong. This has started since we updated SAGE. I gets frustrating when I search for a customer or I try to track a shipment for a customer on the UPS site. It happens not always, but probably 90% of the time. What needs to be done?
