Version 4.5 - Custom Reports are hanging when running from inside Sage or previewing directly from Crystal Reports on users machine. Reports are running fine when loading directly on server. Uninstalled and reinstalled workstation, created a copy of report and re-imported into Sage, added parameters to speed up data search and still no luck. User is Admin and has full read/write to server. Thoughts?

Was UAC turned off when you did the workstation install?

Did the standard reports run okay?

@JaneCavanaugh UAC is set to never nofity. @MoiraGoggin the standard reports seem to run just fine. The ones that are getting hung up are the ones imported into the Custom Menu through Report Manager.

Is it possibly something with the ODBC in the custom reports?

UPDATE: It appears to only be some custom reports. So Jane that is a possibility. I have gone in and verified the database, and it updates just fine. Is there another option I have other than just re-creating the report?

Look under Database, Set Datasource Location in Crystal. A long shot, but maybe...
