Version 4.40! Customer is asking how to delete/remove old warehouses. What are the requirements for the Row/Whse Delete button to be available in the Quantity Tab of Item Maintenance. I have all columns at 0, yet the button isn't available. Is there a requirement as to last transaction date? I did do an adjustment today and dated 5/31/18. Short of upgrading, is removing records from IM_ItemWarehouse via DFDM the only way to do this? Any other tables I have to hit? If I remove them from IM_ItemWarehouse, it doesn't delete the historical transactions correct?

I had to do this once for a customer and it was tedious. There were several areas that we also had to make sure had no data. And WRT costing tiers - if I'm remembering correctly we had to completely purge the detail - even if we had +/- that added to 0 there was still an issue. I definitely advise a test company the first time through this. Starting in 2018 you can make the warehouse inactive but still no deletion.
