version 2014. Client needs to print approximately 800 W2s for employees and eFile to SSA via Aatrix. Of those 800 W2s approximately 300 are for foreign workers, who have international address. When processing W2s in Aatrix the program asks if you have any employees with foreign addresses and if you click YES, Aatrix creates three extra columns, Foreign State / Province, Foreign Postal Code and Country code. Is there any way to use UDFs and Visual Integrator to import those three fields from the Payroll module into the Aatrix file for the 300 foreign workers?

I am not aware of any manner to alter the data going into Aatrix work files. However, you can copy & paste from a spreadsheet into the Aatrix grid, and there is an option to import from a CSV file. The key to this would be for the data to be sorted by employee number and ""skip"" the appropriate rows.

I would call Aatrix support line, they are pretty easy to get through.
