Verion 4.3.19, Client seriously considering outsourcing thier routine customer service and data entry (sales order). The outsource company wants to use a web-based ui for data entry. I suggested other remote methods such as vpn, rdp, logmein, teamviewer, etc. but they prefer web-based. I know we could use SageCRM to enter orders. Is there any other possibilities? Has anyone used SageCRM strictly for order entry?

And once problem one is resolved (web UI) prepare for problem 2 to get a promotion (what do you mean our UDF's and custom panels can't be accessed).

Thanks for the heads up Wayne. This installation does have some SO UDFs.
