    I'll have the verification assignments set by today/tomorrow.  I'll send a confirm assignments completed via this thread.  Look for a recurring meeting invite later today - it's sent via messenger at Webex. 

    When you verify a suggestion:
    Verify the suggestion description is clear
    Verify the suggestion against the most recent release
    If you're able to verify, mark the Verify Y/N column Y else mark it N

    If you need to add more information:
    Add screenshots/additional notes in our 90 Minds Mod Squad Folder Google Drive Folder Share
    Ref. the Enhancement Id in the file name - e.g., "98 Screenshots PO History Search"
    Once a file is added to the Google Drive Share, you can right click the name, select Shareable Link and copy and paste the link to our Google Sheet. 

    @Bill Pfahnl Did you add the column for the Enhancement Suggestion ID? Are the enhancement suggestions that were previously reviewed/submitted moved to a separate sheet in our tracking doc?

    Date reminders:
    June 15 to June 26 verification
    June 27 to July 10 Jeff Rating (Easy to Difficult or NQW not a quick-win)
    July 10 to July 24 Ranking enhancements scale 1 -3 (one top of scale)
    July 25 to Aug 12 Ratings (system TBD)
    Aug 15 Submit to Sage top X and the reminder of the ideas

    Reviewer/verification assignments are completed.  I resorted the list by reviewer, for convenience, until we've completed this step.   The distribution was as even as possible, given we aren't reviewing our own suggestions.

    SY093 and LM069 are the same thing
    IM073 and IM075 should probably be combined - both affect the same screen

    And if we find that the issue isn't an issue, is that a N for Verified?  So blank means you haven't tried to verify it, Y means you verified, and N means that it's not actually an issue?

    That's the way I understood we'd use the Verify Column -
    Yes its an enhancement need
    No its not needed or not verifiable

    MS-AR090 If electronically printing an invoice and it fails, do not turn of the "printed flag" 

    Should this be AR, SO or both?  Both, right?   Would that need to be it's own line item?

    @Beth Bowers. If it's okay, can this entry be modified to make the request work for all printed forms, AR/SO/PO/RMA etc. so all modules are consistent? Do you know if it occurs for PO and RMA forms too?

    This would be the new description.

    Yes, that's much less selfish than my knee-jerk reaction when my invoices didn't go through the other day.  :-)  I just tested it on a PO and it worked the same way, so assuming they all do.
