Ver 4.5 SO Shipping - Packing slips with conditional second report Client needs a second report to print after the initial packing slip if a UDF is equal to Yes. (A Certificate of Compliance or CoC) While I've made this into a subreport, the header and footer of the packing slip carries over to the subreport and doesn't actually make a ""second"" report, it's just a subreport. If this was MS Word, I'd be able to to specifiy a unqiue header and footer but I'm at a lose to figure this out in Crystal. It would be best if the packing slip printed, then the CoC. I'd use the ""Additional Packing slip"" feature but the warehouse personal aren't that bright and may answer No when they need to answer Yes. Any ideas?

Put all the fields you want on header and footer and suppress based on the UDF field...

Suppress header and footer if page number = last page?

@DianeRuth so if UDF = N, print but when = Y only print with subreport? @BethBowers - I'll test that idea.

Yes use what ever field you want so that the original header fields print if XXX=Y and then put on the sub report header fields to print if xxx=Y. Does that make sence? You can do the surprises based on any field you want.

I liked surprises - it's what makes working with Crystal oh so fun, but will try suppressing instead :).
