Vendor sponsorship update. I will have an official update for our April call as we discussed. I will provide interim results in this thread as I have something new to report. For now, I have four different sponsors meeting with me tomorrow and Friday. I'm eager to get feedback, particularly in light of the expensive packages that Sage is pushing for Summit this year.

I think that we offer a more active and better focussed group than what Sage is offering for those vendors whose offerings are mostly for the Sage 100/300 crowd. I suspect at Summit there's going to be a lot of Sage 50 and other unrelated customers. We also have to fight the trend to use the webinar factories which are springing up and offering what seems like an unlimited number of webinars to groups of vendors. i can't imagine they're attracting a steady attendance since these I seem to get an advertisement for them every other week.

So far, from what I've heard from a couple of the vendors, the ERPVAR webinars have been getting a decent amount of traffic and resulting in sales. I'm not sure what they're doing to make it work so well, and I'm sure it will burn itself out.
