    Has anyone been contacted by Vario to schedule the session recordings with the presenters?  I think that is the next step, right?

    I thought we were supposed to be contacted to test our camera and microphone first, then schedule a time to record the presentation.  When is the next education committee meeting?

    Well, with the unexpected departure of the person spearheading this committee, as well as many other committees, I believe the board is scrambling to figure out what how to pick up the pieces.  It is probably no easy task.

    Thanks everyone for your patience. We've been digging through what to do with everything that Moira has left us.

    Jim Woodhead is reaching out to Vario Productions to get an update. We will update the committee when we get that info.

    When would our next regularly scheduled meeting be?

    All of the education committee meetings in the series on my Outlook calendar have been cancelled.   The last meeting was supposed to be January 5 at 11am CT.  The next meeting, which has been cancelled, was scheduled for January 19 at 11am CT.  I am open to a meeting as soon as possible to try and get organized and get back on track.

    I'm thinking as soon as Jim has an update from Vario we should either meet or have him post the update here?  If the next step is for Vario to contact each of the presenters, then we (Jim) need to make sure they have the contact information for each presenter so they can get started.
