California client on PR 2.x and considering capping vacation pay accrual mid-year at 1.5x annual max (legal in CA).
Example: EE can accrue 120 hours per year. Cap would be 180 hours mid-year. Entire amount could be carried over to next year but no additional accrual can occur until balance dips below 180.
Anyone handling this inside PR? Mod?
