Sage 100

v5.3 Premium - I just installed Starship link (SWK). The only mod they have is APS credit cards (ASI). When I go to SO, Setup, Shipping Setup Options, Entry tab, and click on Customize Maps and Translations, the message ""The object SO254_SSL_SSL processing could not be initialized."". Has anyone seen this and/or is there anyone from either SWK or ASI in this group. What MD is ""254""?

Issue resolved! Thanks @LisaDion That was a lot of help and put me on the right path. I couldn't find the exe or the dll or the kba mentioned in the Sage City post. I called vtechnologies and gave the rep the kba#. He was able to look it up and tell me the resolution. For future reference: From a computer that has the Starship client software installed, navigate to Program Files (x86)\ Starship\... and locate the MAS_switch.exe file. Run it as adminstrator. Select ""Use Starship 9x"". Then Select ""Use Starship 16x"". Open the Starhsip client. Log onto Sage 100 and navigate to the Shipping Setup Options, Entry tab. Click the link and it should now work.
