v5.2 Crystal report. I have a vendor code parameter that prompts the user for a vendor description. There is a number that displays below the parameter that can be changed from 1 to 2. If it is ""1"" then the list of vendor descriptions is from vendors starting with A to L. If it is changed to 2 then the vendor list is vendors starting with M through Z. Is there a limit to the number of descriptions that can be displayed? I have never seen this ""batch"" number before.

I have seen where the ""drop down list"" will only hold a specific number of records; however, I am not sure how many records. If the company had 200 + MORE vendors than they have today, you would see additional values (maybe 3 + 4). You can choose the number, and it will ""hop"" you to that portion of the listing. I find it extremely helpful and useful. I especially like the ""filter"" where you can type in a part of the value, and it filters just that short listing.
