v5.2 advanced. It doesn't matter what GL account is printed in GL detail report, the out of balance warning is displayed. I thought it was because the entire ledger for the year was out of balance by $119.89 so I made a one-sided entry and now the GL detail is in balance and if all of the accounts are printed the OB message doesn't display. However, if the GL detail is printed for any individual account the message displays. Users are wondering what is wrong with the ledger.

What Product Update is installed? This issue was addressed in PU 2.

I removed the formula. It was created prior to the actual logic being added to the temp file. ( PU2 they added the logic so it worked correct)

Thanks @BarbaraGoldstein and @JimWoodhead . They have mods so not sure installing PU2 is an option. May have to look into removing the formula on the Crystal report.

You might still want it for a complete GL Detail report so what I did was to suppress the formula if the count of GL accounts was less than XXX (depending on the size of the chart of accounts). Usually they are printing a single or a range of accounts so make the number close to their chart of accounts but that can change. YMMV.

Here are the ones that I think were fixed (based on the dates). Just drop them in their reports folder.
