v5.2 advanced. In PO Entry, right click, System Info. What table is used to store this info? is it available via the data dictionary so it can be used in a Crystal report?

What information are you looking at? Most of the user information is stored in the header or line detail

I want the ""Created By"" field. In PO entry header, right click, system info, File Information, record information.

Also need ""Last Update By"".

I see the last updated is available in PO header but not created by.
