v4.5.6 Mas200 with JobOps, SO entry and lines tab the ""eye"" is open when you click to the lines tab on an existing SO with WT. So the grid loads and have to wait (especially long if a lot of items/components). Then close the ""eye"" and wait again for the grid to suppress the components. My question is...I don't have this version installed and don't remember there being a setting to default this ""eye"" open or closed. User swears it used to be closed all the time, now it is not. Any ideas?

Go to JobOps --> Setup Menu --> JobOps Options. On Tab 1 Main. Look for the setting for ""Sales Order Entry - Lines Display Default"". You can set it to Parent Items Only.

The setting that Madeline refers to is only if you want it that way. There are definitely some problems with the eyeball staying shut. You are right, Kelly, it used to on some older version, but some version broke that and the eyeball seems to be open sometimes and sometimes not. Very annoying.
