v4.5.5 - Is there a way (outside of scripting or other program tweaks) that I can make the SO Entry ship via field a required field during order entry?

If you go to Custom Office, UDF & Table Maintenance, pick the SO Header table and then the Advanced Field Options (lightning bolt icon on the right) and then Add it will allow you to modify the properties of the the existing fields and make the Ship Via required.
