V4.5.4 MAS 90. Client has 146 obsolete vendors (out of 591) that they want to delete. So I imported the vendor #'s in question into the AP utility, merging them into an obsolete vendor number (to retain the history. In addition to the 146 records that I WANTED to merge, program also moved history and merged 31 ""good"" vendors. Of course I didn't save the merge history so I will remerge again in the test company. But I find the issue a ""bit"" odd. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Is it possible there were some entries in DRM prior to importing your list?

There were entries in the table but I deleted (or perhaps thought) them. Perhaps I will DFDM the table before my next text.
