v4.50.5 Attempting to process payroll period end. No data in Payroll Data Entry. Preview button is grayed out when prompted to print reports, clicking print does not send anything to the printer (although it does show printing pages popup). No errors, I have checked the PDF Converter and reinstalled the workstation and then double checked the PDF converted... nada. Every other module prints fine, and preview button is there. Thoughts?

sometimes it is as simple as the report is pointing to an invalid printer.

We can print other reports to the printers, so it seems to just be an issue inside payroll

Can you print these reports from the reports menu instead of from Period end?

Can you print them from a different workstation?

All good suggestions, ended up opening a case with sage. The preview button is supposed to be grayed out (it is all the way back to version 4.3). As far as printing goes, no solution. I stumped them. We are able to print reports out of the reports menu and then just ""pass through"" the printing in period end and update. A work-around at best. We are going to look at getting them the latest update and see if that helps at all.
