    I have tried that and it doesn't work. Not sure why.

    In addition, there are 1000+ orders that need to have the totals recalculated. Can't do them one by one.

    you need to have a tax schedule on the order to have them to recalculate.

    if Tax reporting is off .... turn it on and import ""NONTAX"" (or a valid nontaxing Tax schedule) to all orders. This should recalculate the orders totals. Then just turn off the Tax reporting... System doesn't care that the field is populated.

    @JimWoodhead That is it Jim. There is an invalid tax schedule on all of the orders. They are all NONTAX anyway. Thanks a million!
