    There was no answer to this question. We believe we are getting an error emanating from shipping programs. @Sage100UrgentSupportNeeded

    According to Greg Swallow of High Jump/True Commerce, there are many JobOps users also using True Commerce for EDI without issues, so apparently that's not the problem.
