v4.5 (I think most recent PU's are installed). Two clients in two weeks have asked me about this. Order is entered, shipped, invoiced but yet the order remains in open orders. Shows in SO history as order 36, shipped 36, backordered 36. Both clients are using shipping data entry. Anyone else encountered this anomaly? Is there a fix?

I saw this once with 4.5 and ACS Multi-bin with WOEP using SO shipping data entry. It only happened two times - rebuilt all 404 files and sales order and it never seemed to happen again.

I had something similar a few months ago. Sales order is not updated after invoice is updated - discovered that UDF quote request date is ""required"" in sales order entry; issue occurs for sales orders created prior to the creation of the UDF. Those orders created prior to the creation of the UDF that have not been populated with the required date do not get updated during SO sales journal update;
