I have found this type of audit trail in Sage 100 to be seriously lacking. Is it really that difficult to capture the user logon, date and time stamp when certain changes are made in the system? The tracking of changes to GL Accounts, Customers, Vendors and Items is certainly nice, but changes to specific Setup options, Users, Security, Orders/Quotes, Invoices, etc. sure would be nice if the Activity Log actually captured some useful information for the description. If anyone had found anything useful for this, please share.
