v4.45 One user needs permission to reset panels. They right click on a blank area of the screen in AR Cash Receipts, then Select Panel Settings, and then Reset Panel. The Reset Panel window check box for Reset All Grids is grayed out. Where is the role permission located to ""un-gray"" Reset All Grids?

Thank you Lou. I will give that a try. It is unclear to me whether updating the panel by a user just updates the specific user's panel or updates all users panels. I understand if you update panels through custom office you can update all user's panels but what if you right click on a specific panel and update all grids. Does that update only the user that is logged in or does that update every user?

I'm not expert enough to know, but I believe it only updates the ones to which the user has access. Probably better to have an admin user update panels if they are, in fact, corrupted.
