v4.4 advanced. User frequently changes sales reps and uses the global replacement AR utility to change the rep in customer maintenance. Many customers also have serveral ship to addresses. What is the most efficient method to change the sales rep in the customer ship to addresses?

I export into Excel, change what needs to be changed then VI into the ship to address table. Don't forget the open SO table.

probably not a lot of help to you for this client, but newer versions (I think even 4.5) prompt the user with the option to change the salesperson on the ship-to records.
