Already tried: Verify user or account running MAS 200 service has FULL access to the Paperless Office document folder. Uncheck 'Keep Only Last Copy' for affected document type. Report, Journals and Registers, and Period in Reports: Open Paper Office | Setup | Paperless Office Options Uncheck 'Keep Only Last Copy' for appropriate form. Forms: Open Paperless Office | Setup | Form Maintenance Click the Form Entries lookup button (flash light). Select the form setting you want to update. Uncheck 'Keep Only Last Copy' for appropriate form

What happens if you run in MAS90 mode? My guess would be the first item you ruled out - service not seeing folder on another server. If you are storing paperless docs on another server I'd zero on that.

Paperless office docs are on a different volume, but on the same server. IT guy swears everyone has full control of the paperless office folder. I will suggest running in MAS90 mode to see what happens. This issue happens when running the sales journal and all of the related reports. The GP journal was 200 pages today. If I preview the sales journal and other reports then no error occurs... so it seems it must be something with paperless office.

I'm working through this issue with a client right now. Does this workstation have the full Adobe Acrobat suite installed. I think we figured it's a permissions problem with the full Acrobat product not playing nice with Paperless Office.

I've seen it twice in last two weeks. Once was docs on another server. No idea what the other was - after I ran wksetup for the 4th time it stopped happening,
