    V4.3 MAS 90. Picking sheets were printing fine this morning. Now whenever ANYONE tries to print them, error message displays that MAS has stopped working. Only option is to close the program. Client is unable to print picking sheets from anywhere.

    Any UDF changes? If so, run the Update in UDF maintenance and see if that helps.

    Are they using redirected printers? Sounds like the printers isn't availabe from the last person who printed.

    I have found this can be the default printer in the SY_ReportSetting file for that form. I had one the other day and I just removed the printer from field 9 for all the SO invoice forms and all was good.

    Just had this happen with a customer at 4.3. They added a new printer and deleted the old one thus it couldn't find the correct printer for SO invoices. Removed the printer in SY_ReportSetting and all is good! Love this group! (Have I mentioned that lately?)

    I would ditto that as I've been saved several times in the last two days!
